AI Content Policy

AI Content Disclosure

At Reach360, protecting the safety, privacy, and dignity of children and families in foster care is our highest priority. To honor this responsibility, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools in limited ways to help create illustrative media for our website and outreach.

Why We Use AI:

   •    Child Safety and Anonymity: Many foster care organizations prohibit publishing photos of children in care, as doing so could put them at risk. For example, a separated parent or unauthorized individual could identify a child through an image online. By using AI-generated visuals, we can represent the spirit of our mission without ever compromising a child’s privacy or safety.

   •    Illustrative Media: Some images, graphics, or video elements on this site may have been created or enhanced with AI. These visuals are intended solely to illustrate the types of activities and opportunities we support, not to depict actual foster children or families.

   •    Content Support: AI tools may also be used to assist with drafting or editing text, but all published content is reviewed and approved by our team before it is shared publicly.

Transparency Matters

We believe in openness with our supporters, partners, and the communities we serve. Disclosing our use of AI is part of building trust while safeguarding those we exist to support.

Limitations of AI Content

AI-generated media may not perfectly reflect real-life scenarios. These materials are meant for illustrative purposes only and should not be interpreted as photographs or videos of actual children, families, or foster care providers.
